Curriculum:

Each student will have an individualized learning plan developed by the parents and the teacher. Some material will be delivered in a whole group setting, but each student will also participate in 1:1 or 1:2 direct instruction lessons for their core academics. These lessons will be catered to their specific goals in reading, writing, and math. Students will also have the opportunity for experiential learning through play-based and exploration-based centers, as well as frequent learning field trips and special visitors.

Typical Day:

Lionheart Academy will be in sessions from 9:00-2:30 Monday-Thursday. Students will participate in a daily Bible lesson, individualized centers, experiential centers, outdoor play, family style lessons, and enrichment activities.

Philosophy:

Lionheart Academy strives to provide a Christ-centered education that is accessible to all children and to instill in each student a love for Jesus while helping them to see their full-potential in him.

Admission Process:

Families will complete the application form which will allow them to schedule an in person meeting with Lionheart director and lead teacher, Meghan Melchor. Families will be contacted by May 2, 2024 if they have been accepted.
