What is a Course?
A Course is a structured plan of study in a specific subject. It includes all the needed assignments, lesson plans, and attachments. Once created, a course can be saved and scheduled for any date, student, or classroom as many times as needed.
Examples of Courses:
- Biology
- Algebra I
- 7th Grade American History
- World Geography
- Greek Literature
Courses and the Assignment Calendar
- A Course is a pre-planned set of assignments that can be scheduled.
- The Assignment Calendar is where all assignments—whether created from a course or ad-hoc—are viewed, along with school events and classroom activities.
- Course Plans must be created before being scheduled to the Assignment Calendar.
Getting Started in Courses
To get started using the course feature, you first create a Course Plan. Once the plan is complete, you can create Course Schedules from the plan as many times as needed.
