Accessing User Settings

Your Spark User is your profile that is accessed when logging in to the Spark platform. Your user can be part of more than one Spark school. User settings can be accessed in this way:

1. Log in with your current login credentials.
2. In your Spark platform, click on the school's logo at the top of the left navigation bar.
3. Click Spark User in the dropdown menu. You will enter your user profile section.

If your user is part of more than one Spark school, you will enter a list of these schools when first logging in. To access user settings from this page, click My Spark User.

Changing Login Email

Contact us at hello@sparkschools.co to update the email linked to your user account.

Changing Login Password

1. Click the school logo at the top of the left navigation.
2. Select Spark User.
3. Go to Password, click Change Password, and follow the prompts.

Adding a Profile Picture

1. Click the school logo and go to Spark User.
2. Click Change Profile Picture.
3. Upload a picture from your device.
