Enrollment Application

In this guide, you will learn

  • How to create an enrollment application
  • How to customize your application

Creating an Enrollment Application

To create an enrollment application for your program, Spark will automatically generate it once you provide the necessary information:

  1. Program Name: Enter the name of your program (e.g., "2025-2026 School Year").
  2. At Least One Option: Add at least one option in the Options section, such as "Full-Day Enrollment" or "High School Enrollment." If your program only has one option for applicants, simply give the option the same name as your program.

Once these details are entered, Spark will generate an application that includes pre-made fields that applicants must complete.

Customizing an Application

After your application is created, you can tailor it to your specific needs by:

  1. Accessing the Application Tab: Go to the Application tab to make adjustments.
  2. Deselecting Unnecessary Fields: Remove any pre-built fields that don't apply to your program.
  3. Marking Fields as Required or Optional: You can change whether a field is required or optional for applicants.
  4. Adding Custom Fields: If you need additional questions, you can create custom fields with different response types (e.g., text, phone number, select options).

To add a custom field:

  • Scroll to the bottom of any section and click + Add Custom.
  • Enter your question and choose the desired field type (text, checkbox, select options).
  • If using "Select One" or "Select Many," provide a list of options for applicants.
  • Click Save when done to apply your changes.
